Return/Exchange Policy
Our Return/Exchange policy lasts for 3 days from the date of delivery. Kindly contact us through What’s app at +91 85917 42672 or mail us at [email protected] for any return/refund/exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery if the item meets our eligibility criteria.
Return/Exchange Eligibility Criteria
- If you receive a damaged/defective/wrong products then these products are eligible for return & refund.
- Products which are unused, unworn, unwashed & undamaged with all its labels, tags completely intact with original packaging are eligible for returns / exchanges.
- Must be in its original condition with all the packaging including brand/manufacturer’s box/packaging, tags, warranty cards and other accessories intact.
- Items explicitly labeled as “non-refundable” will not be reimbursed or returned under any circumstances.
Note:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Used or non-returnable items are not eligible for exchange
Return/Exchange Process
- You will have to contact us through What’s app at +91 85917 42672 or mail us at [email protected] within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The refund shall only encompass the amount corresponding to the product’s value returned and not the total purchase value.
- When requesting a refund, customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of the product if it is received in a damaged or broken condition.
Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These charges are non-refundable. If we prepay the return shipping on your behalf, the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled. Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing begins. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking)
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You will need to share your bank account details, including account holder name, account number, and IFSC code
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and approved.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all products within 48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location. In case of unavoidable delays, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email.
