Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at PujaSamagriwala.com (“we”, “us”, “our”).
This policy explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are accepted for physical products and digital products (eBooks, PDFs, audiobooks, downloadable content) purchased from our website.

Return / Exchange Policy (Physical Products)

Our return/exchange window is 3 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery through:

Requests made after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Return / Exchange Eligibility Criteria (Physical Products)

A product is eligible for return or exchange only if all conditions below are met:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags, labels, warranty cards, and accessories are intact
  • The product is returned in its original packaging / manufacturer’s box
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation / invoice) is provided

Items marked as “Non-Refundable” are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • Used, altered, or non-returnable items cannot be exchanged

Return / Exchange Process (Physical Products)

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Clear images/videos (mandatory for damaged or broken items)

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

Refunds apply only to the returned product value, not the total order amount (shipping/handling charges are excluded unless otherwise stated).

Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If we arrange return pickup, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount

Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Audiobooks, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All digital product sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE
  • No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed once the digital product is delivered or downloaded

Exceptions (Handled Case-by-Case)

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible due to a technical error from our side

  • You were charged twice for the same digital product

In such cases, contact us within 48 hours of purchase with:

  • Order number

  • Screenshot or description of the issue

Resolution may include file replacement or re-delivery. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • After 12 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled

  • Custom, made-to-order, or specially packed items cannot be cancelled once processing begins

  • Digital orders cannot be cancelled after delivery initiation

To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

Refund Method & Timeline

Refund Mode

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method (UPI / Card / Net Banking)

  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

For COD refunds, customers must provide:

  • Account holder name

  • Bank name

  • Account number

  • IFSC code

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after:

  • Returned product is received

  • Quality check is completed

  • Refund is approved

Actual credit time depends on your bank/payment provider.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on location

  • Delays due to logistics, weather, or festivals will be communicated via WhatsApp or email
